For the last few weeks i’m seeing Google’s SketchUP in loads of the serps..

You can type a brand or even a place and find Sketchup in the serps..

So..

What use does it have in SEO.. Well having a look at a brand k/w I promote I’ve found a competitor thats uploaded some 3d model and included a link to a page which sells that item. .

Now i’ve studied AutoCad and worked for sony play station with 3D model when I was A LOT younger but maybe its time to mix it up..

According to yahoo blog the update should of finished..

 I have seen more referrals over the weekend than normal I should go of and check the serps..

 Anyway .. It was nice of yahoo to update us on the blog

Yahoo is also suggesting that due to the “noydir” that the index will need to be updated hence no serps too..

Running my k/w checker now and will report if i’ve been effected!

Msn is now display local results and companies and telephone numbers in the UK…

Yahoo has dated it January 19, 2007 but blog post and forum post have been spotted well before that..!

Some good for me some bad.. Manily a massive delay on ranking @ google..

Just checked out a fun site I play around with..

Using the site: command I listed all the url’s to see if the site had popped out of the sup’s (supplement results baggers )
And today I found a MASSIVE description ..

Google is looping like crazy..

10 times google loops 2 parts of the page.. It’s sort of the first content on the page and the link next to it.. hmmmm

Today i’ve come accross loads of serps with map for US companies just under the description.. a google + sign just like the one in webmaster tools expands when pressed to show the location of the company with the address and phone number to the right of the map when its expanded..

Msn has updated its serps today..

 Haven’t had enough time to what going on but its all good for me

 Fresh links seem to be whats giving a positive rank in regards to the site I monitor.. Along with the url having a high value..

Forums are starting to talk about the update so will it stick ?
