Google hacked.. “fake post”

Wednesday, October 11th, 2006

A so called  “bug” has allowed someone with a blogger account to post and google offical blog..

The real odd thing about the post is it was on topic.. Not some political or porn/cassino links.. hmmm not sure..

Anyway this is what going is say:

A bug in Blogger enabled an unauthorized user to make a fake post on the Google Blog last night, claiming that we’ve discontinued our AdWords click-to-call test. The bug was fixed quickly and the post removed. As for the click-to-call test, it is progressing on schedule, and we’re pleased with the results thus far.

Where it all began lol :D

Google declined to reveal how much it paid for its original home, but similar houses in the same neighborhood have been selling in the $1.1 million to $1.3 million range. That’s a small fraction of the $319 million that Google paid earlier this year for its current 1-million-square-foot headquarters located six miles to the south.
