Adwords showing inactive links ?

On the status of one of my accounts I have
View daily budget recommendations
But you click on it and get a interesting messages
This link is now inactive.
Recently we sent you an email to let you know you could increase your impressions and clicks by changing your campaign’s daily budget. However, we have turned off the link you just clicked for one of the following reasons:
- You have already accessed and approved our daily budget suggestions.
- You have already accessed and disapproved our daily budget suggestions.
- Our daily budget suggestions are no longer applicable based on recent changes to your account.
