New google UI testing.. News archive at the bottom of the serps!

Another new UI test has just this second come up on mi google serps.. I can’t seem to repeat it as always but I’ve got the screen shot.. :D

Anyway I had searched some “term” not really news related and bammm at the very bottom of the natural serps in black and white (well blue) a link to a “pay per view” news article..
